California Style Sushi
โAt Sushi Doja, we take pride in creating the freshest sushi possible. Founder Robin Tabana started by catering events in 2021, perfecting the art of creating sushi live at parties. We use only the freshest fish sourced locally and hand-pick our ingredients to ensure the highest quality. By creating sushi live right in front of our customers, we give them the opportunity to see us at work and taste the difference in freshness.
*In the picture below is Chef Robin with the curly hair wearing a white jacket. He first started his sushi adventure in the early 2000's at Raw Mana Sushi Bar in San Diego owned by the football Great Junior Seau.
